    Credit-Based System

    DevForge operates on a credit-based payment model:

    • Credits are purchased in advance and used to pay for services
    • Different project types require different credit amounts
    • Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
    • Credits do not expire unless your account remains inactive for 12 months
    • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase (subject to our Refund Policy)

    Billing and Invoices

    For your convenience and record-keeping:

    • You will receive an email receipt for all credit purchases
    • Invoices are available in your account dashboard
    • VAT invoices are provided for EU business customers upon request
    • All invoices include our company details and VAT number where applicable

    Payment Authorization

    When you make a payment:

    • You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
    • You confirm that sufficient funds are available
    • You authorize us to charge the specified amount
    • You agree to our Terms and Conditions

    Failed Payments

    If a payment fails:

    • You will be notified immediately via email
    • Your order will not be processed until payment is successful
    • You may retry the payment with the same or different payment method
    • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with repeated failed payments

    Security and Fraud Prevention

    To protect you and our business:
